Production & coating

Our development process extends as far as you wish. From prototype development and the creation of clinical samples to pre-series or series production on a smaller scale - we are with you every step of the way. Our production takes place in a modern clean room and is carried out by experienced coating experts.

Quality

Quality is our top priority. We carry out quality controls to ensure that every coating meets our highest standards. Our analytics department specializes in the characterization of active ingredient coatings, whether on products, in tissue samples, blood or other samples. In addition to analytical methods such as HPLC and LC/MS, a variety of other measurement methods are available, including particle measurement, DSC and UV spectroscopy.

Technology transfer

Technology can be transferred to the customer at any time. The entire manufacturing process, including quality control and analysis, can either be transferred to the customer or set up on site at the customer's premises. This process is accompanied by comprehensive tests and comparative trials to ensure the equivalence of the coated products.

Coatings

Our coatings are either specially developed and optimized for a specific product or application, or they are adapted to existing products or desired applications. We combine expert knowledge with innovative coating methods to meet the highest quality standards. Our technologies are designed to ensure safety, long-term stability and optimum performance. Our active ingredient coatings are characterized by high stability, effective active ingredient transfer, controlled release and maximum duration of action.
